Booking & Payment

The date and time of your session are reserved only after a $50 deposit is paid via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. This deposit is part of the session price. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Additional Photos

The standard family session includes 30 fully retouched photos. You will select your 30 included photos from an online gallery. 

If you would like more than the images included in your package:

• Additional edited image: $15 per photo
• Full gallery download (all unedited images): $150

Please note that the images included in the full gallery download are not professionally retouched. They are delivered as lightly color-corrected proofs, while only your selected images receive full professional editing and retouching.

Location Policy

Outdoor Locations

The Photographer may provide location recommendations based on the style and vision of the session. The Client is responsible for selecting the final location and ensuring that professional photography is permitted at the selected location.

The Photographer does not provide location scouting, in-person location visits, permit research or acquisition, reservations, or coordination with parks, venues, or other locations.

Any required permits, entrance fees, parking fees, or other location-related expenses are the responsibility of the Client.

Indoor Locations

For sessions taking place at an indoor location, the Client is responsible for selecting and booking the location. The Photographer may provide recommendations upon request; however, location scouting, venue selection, booking, and coordination with the venue are not included in the photography services.

Any studio rental fees, venue fees, entrance fees, or other location-related expenses are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Location Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the selected location is available and suitable for the scheduled session, including:

• availability at the scheduled date and time;
• permission for professional photography, when required;
• required permits or permissions;
• parking and accessibility;
• access to the location;
• changing areas, if needed;
• any location-specific rules or restrictions.

The Photographer is not responsible for changes, restrictions, closures, permit requirements, availability, or other circumstances related to a location selected by the Client.

Location Confirmation

The final location must be confirmed by the Client prior to the session. The Photographer cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate last-minute location changes or requests.

Location-Related Fees

All costs associated with the selected location, including permits, reservations, admission, parking, studio or venue rental, and other location-related fees, are the responsibility of the Client and are not included in the photography session fee unless specifically stated otherwise.
